Children of elementary school age or younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Pregnant guests, those with chronic medical conditions, or anyone who has concerns about boarding are kindly asked to contact us in advance.
Please note that if we are not informed beforehand, or if our staff determines on site that boarding is unsafe, we may have to refuse participation.
Tours may be cancelled the day before or on the day of your reservation due to severe weather or other conditions. Destinations may also be changed depending on the weather or sea conditions.
Equipment used may be changed without prior notice; however, this will not affect the overall content of the tour.

Cancellation Fees
Cancellations made 2 days prior to the tour date will incur a cancellation fee.
Please note the following charges for cancellations due to personal reasons:
2 days before: 50% of the total fee
1 day before: 50% of the total fee
Same day or no-show: 100% of the total fee
※ For BBQ reservations, cancellation fees apply from 3 days prior to the reservation date.
Tour Cancellation by Operator
The tour will be cancelled in the event of severe weather.
Even in fine weather, departures may be cancelled due to strong winds or high waves. In such cases, cancellation fees will not apply.
You may choose to receive a full refund or reschedule to another available date.
Changes During the Cruise
Please note that the route may be altered during the cruise due to unexpected weather conditions.
In such cases, refunds cannot be provided.
